How much does Ryan charge?

The performance fee is dependent on a number of factors. For example:

• Duration of performance
• Type of event
• Location of event
• Day of the week
When shopping around for a Magician it is important to consider that each individual will charge differently. It is also crucial to remember that you pay for quality, so hiring a Professional Magician is always more beneficial than booking a hobbyist. When should I book Ryan?
Ryan‘s clients usually book him around 6-12 months prior to the date of the event. If you are looking to hire Ryan for major date (such as Christmas, Easter or a Bank Holiday) it is recommended that you contact Ryan as soon as possible, as these dates can be very popular. Even if your event is only a few weeks or days away, it is still worth getting in touch with Ryan as there is a chance he will be available.

How far will you travel?
I am based in Kettering, Northamptonshire but that isn’t to say I don’t travel! Mostly, I perform in the Midlands area (Leicester, Northampton, Coventry, Milton Keynes etc) however I often travel across the UK. Even if your event location seems inconvenient, it is still worth getting in touch with me, just to be sure!

Are you insured?
Yes, I have £10 Million Public Liability Insurance and I am a member of Equity.

How do we know how good you are?
It can be difficult booking a Magician that you have not seen before, as you have no proof of how good they are. Unfortunately there are no real qualifications in magic, so it is hard to know who to trust. Many people look to hire a cheap amateur Magician but they soon realise the error of their ways when the so called Professional strolls up to the venue late, dressed scruffily and with bad breath! I hope the fact that I am an award-winning Magician and a member of Equity goes someway to telling you that I am a real professional! What do we need to provide for you?
Nothing, just give me a nudge in the right direction and I’ll get started. If you are interested in booking a cabaret act, a stage area would be helpful but certainly not necessary.

How do you do it?
That is top secret information! BUT since you asked politely, I will tell you. I always carry a pot of magic fairy dust in my pocket. Then I sprinkle a drop over my hands and I’m ready to go!

Do you really use magic fairy dust?
